This is the official website for the Veteran BMW Riders (vBMWr) Motorcycle Club. The vBMWr consists of current and former members of the armed forces who are also BMW motorcycle owners or BMW motorcycle enthusiasts.

If you are not a member of vBMWr and would like more information on the club or a membership application click here. You are welcome to peruse the website and forum however we invite you to apply for membership - it's free. To do so, simply fill out the application. You will receive a reply within 72 hours.

If you register for an account for this web site the account will be validated by the administrator who will check to ensure your profile is completed with valid information and also check it against the membership roster.

For existing vBMWr members. This is a new web site and as such you will be required to re-register. Your username and password from the old site will not work at this site.

Redmond 1000

For anyone attending the BMW MOA International Rally in Oregon later this year, the MOA has announced the Redmond 1000 long distance challenge. This is a special SaddleSore 1000 ride (1000 miles in 24 hours) organized and sanctioned by the Iron Butt Association especially for the Rally.

Annual Club Cookout at Redmond Rally

The Veteran BMW Riders is holding their annual cookout in the club
camping area 11a at the MOA Rally in Redmond so look for the Club banner in this
area. The day of the cookout will be Friday July 16 starting at 5
pm. There will be free food and drinks for all military veterans and
their guest until the food runs out.

If you cannot attend the MOA rally and are going to the BMW RA rally in Pownal VT.
There will also be a cookout at there on July 30 at 5 pm.

Volunteers are always appreciated for setting up.

"2010 BMW MOA International Rally"

Redmond, Oregon July 15 – 18, 2010

With a panoramic view of the snow-capped Cascade range, the Deschutes County Fair and Expo Center is situated on the outskirts of Redmond, Oregon just off of Hwy 97 and adjacent to the Redmond Municipal Airport. This is a fantastic site for the 2010 Rally!

The BMW RA National

The Hosting Chartered Club for the 2010 RA National Rally at the Green Mountain Energy Park in Pownal, Vermont is the BMW Motorcycle Owners of Vermont. The Dates for the Rally are July 29-August 1.

This location is also known as the Green Mountain race track that is Located in Pownal, Vt. On U. S. Route 7 between Bennington, Vt. And Williamstown, Mass.
